The Real Life…
The book of 1st John was written to believers with the obvious theme… “So You Will Know.”
I believe John’s letter could be subtitled “The Life That is Real.”
I chose to title this site “The Real Life” for several reasons but mainly because I know that apart from Christ there is no Real Life!
I will use this site to share the challenges of ministry in The Salvation Army as well as the precious gems and golden nuggets that are gleaned from that ministry. (I will probably share a rock or two as well…)
Each day God has special gems and nuggets set aside just for me and he has them for you too. Sadly, I miss out on many of them because I allow myself to be overwhelmed by the noise of the world around me or I allow the enemy to bring challenges that overshadow my quiet time. But… Boy when I do claim them… What a tremendous joy and blessing…
It’s my prayer that through this site we can share those gems and nuggets together and by encouraging each other, we can claim more than we miss.
